These Terms of Use govern your use of TurboSSH ("the app"), developed by IAM_DEV. By downloading or using TurboSSH, you agree to these terms.

1. License

IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use TurboSSH on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Use the app to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks

3. Acceptable Use

TurboSSH is a tool for connecting to SSH servers you are authorized to access. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. No Warranty

TurboSSH is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IAM_DEV does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TurboSSH, even if IAM_DEV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of all credentials, keys, and connection data stored in TurboSSH on your device. IAM_DEV is not responsible for any unauthorized access to this data resulting from a compromise of your device.

7. Updates

IAM_DEV may update TurboSSH from time to time. Updates may change features or fix issues. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

8. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
